Design Notes

Do not use ApoI, AflII, and TaqII restriction enzymes as they will cleave the coding sequence. We advise you to use this part along with Ψ short for assured results. Also due to the greater length of Ψ long it might require transducted cells more time to produce same amount of plasmid, when compared to the Ψ short.
